Base and Brick Engineering Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is an environmental and engineering consultancy headquartered in Rajbiraj, Saptari. We work with project proponents, contractors and public agencies to move development projects through Nepal's environmental clearance process — from initial screening to post-construction monitoring.
Our name reflects how we work: every assessment is built on a verified base — site visits, baseline data, stakeholder consultation — before a single brick of mitigation planning or regulatory documentation is laid on top. Reports assembled without that base don't survive review, or the monsoon.
